The longest balcony in Europe

The building in which the hotel is located is a real record holder. At the height of the third floor, it is surrounded by the longest continuous balcony in Europe, the total length of which is 113 meters.

The beautiful four-storey building was constructed in 1905 by the architect Yuri Dmitrenko by order of the wealthy Odessa houseowner Matvey Mavrokordato. From the very beginning, it functioned as a Revenue house, and its first tenants were the city intelligentsia: doctors and court workers.

While staying at the Ekaterina Hotel, you have the opportunity to become closer to the history of the city, to feel like you are in the place of the city nobility of the tsarist times.
